Vacancy available: we are hiring a cnc lathe setter in Davis County, Iowa. You should have: • Able to read engineering drawings and GD&T • Experience with carbide tooling and insert selection • Able to hold tolerances to ±0.01 mm On the job you will handle: • Set tool offsets and establish work zero (G54) • Run first-off inspection and sign off the part • Read engineering drawings and interpret GD&T tolerances • Adjust feeds and speeds to control the surface finish Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
