Chef de partie — Jasper County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a chef de partie in Jasper County, Iowa. You should have: • Strong knife skills and speed on the line • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays Day-to-day duties: • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks • Plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations • Follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes • Label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough. Rotating shifts. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Walk-in interviews this week.
