Steam press operator — Choctaw County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a steam press operator in Choctaw County, Mississippi. Ideal candidate: • Able to operate a steam press, vacuum table and fusing machine • Sound knowledge of fabric types and correct heat settings On a typical shift you will operate the steam press and vacuum table to finish garments; shape collars, cuffs and lapels using a tailor's ham and sleeve board; check every piece for scorch marks, shine and water spots; give each garment a final press before packing; clean and descale the iron soleplate and steam vents; hang or fold pressed garments and pass them to packing. At least 3 year(s) in a similar role. Part-time with flexible hours. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Pay around $2,600 per month, based on your experience.
