We are recruiting: we are hiring a formwork carpenter in Washington County, Florida. The job is on a busy construction site. Ideal candidate: • Physically fit to lift, kneel and work at height • Sound knowledge of timber types, grades and fixings On a typical shift you will measure and mark out timber using a tape, square and marking gauge; plane and sand timber to a smooth, square finish; check work for level, plumb and square with a spirit level; erect formwork and shuttering for concrete pours; glue, clamp, screw and dowel joints together; apply edge banding, veneers and laminate to board.
