Urgent requirement: we are hiring a kitchen porter in Greene County, New York. You will work at a busy restaurant kitchen. Requirements: • Able to stand on your feet for long shifts • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure Your main tasks: • Keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service • Scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading • Wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils • Polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass Rotating shifts.
