Cnc setter-operator • Takai, Kano State

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a cnc setter-operator in Takai, Kano State. Day-to-day duties: • Watch the machine through the cycle and clear alarms or crashes • Top up coolant and clear swarf from the bed • Set tool offsets and establish work zero (G54) • Run facing, turning, boring, grooving and threading cycles • Measure finished parts with micrometers and vernier calipers • Change worn carbide inserts and monitor tool wear What we are looking for: • ITI / NCVT certificate in the machinist (turner) trade preferred • Able to read engineering drawings and GD&T • Comfortable standing for long shifts and lifting up to 20 kg At least 6 year(s) in a similar role. We offer ₦195,000 per month plus benefits. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
