Fry cook — Camas County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a fry cook in Camas County, Idaho. You will work at a roadside dhaba. On a typical shift you will prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch; label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in; manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs; prepare the mise en place before each service. You should have: • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
