We are recruiting: we are hiring a bread and bun maker in Van Zandt County, Texas. The job is at a busy bakery. On a typical shift you will load and unload the deck oven with a peel; rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials; weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe; check finished products for colour, crumb and weight. What we are looking for: • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving 4+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time with occasional weekends.
