Vacancy available: we are hiring an auto painter in Worth County, Missouri. Requirements: • 2+ years' experience in automotive refinishing • Confident with wet-sanding and machine polishing • Able to read and match factory paint codes Day to day you will mix and tint paint to match the customer's colour code; wet-sand and buff out runs, orange peel and dust nibs; blend new paint into adjacent panels for an invisible repair; bake panels in the spray booth oven to cure the paint; apply etch primer to aluminium and galvanised panels; mix two-pack (2K) clear coat with hardener in the correct ratio. 6+ years on the tools preferred. $3,800 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
