Meat trimmer — Logan County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a meat trimmer in Logan County, Oklahoma. On the job you will handle: • Debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife • Keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools • Season and marinate meat on request • Stuff and link fresh sausages with casings • Take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking What we are looking for: • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling Rotating shifts.
