Urgent requirement: we are hiring a lifting rigger in Houston County, Minnesota. The job is at a busy construction site. Day to day you will select the correct slings, shackles and chains for each load's weight; calculate load weight and centre of gravity before every lift; set up spreader bars and lifting beams for long or awkward loads; secure loads with turnbuckles, chain blocks and lever hoists. Ideal candidate: • Valid rigging / lifting certificate or banksman-slinger ticket • Sharp eye for safety and hazard awareness • Proven experience as a rigger on construction or industrial sites Part-time with flexible hours.
