Bakery assistant wanted in Nowata County

Join our team: we are hiring a bakery assistant in Nowata County, Oklahoma. Day-to-day duties: • Prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity • Laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter • Rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials • Weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe • Decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream What we are looking for: • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks • 2+ years' experience as a baker 2+ years on the tools preferred.
