Vacancy available: falsework carpenter (Minnesota)

Now hiring: we are hiring a falsework carpenter in Traverse County, Minnesota. You will be based on a metro and tunnel project. On a typical shift you will cut and assemble plywood and timber panels for columns, beams and slabs; apply mould-release oil to the plywood faces before concreting; strike and strip the formwork once the concrete has cured; assemble and align system formwork panels (Doka, Peri, MIVAN); watch the formwork during concreting and tighten up any movement. What we are looking for: • Knows de-shuttering times and concrete curing • Sound understanding of props, bracing and load-bearing Rotating shifts. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew.
