Ideal candidate: • Confident tying with a tie hook and handling binding wire • Proven experience as a steel fixer on building or civil sites The role involves fix cover blocks and spacers to maintain concrete cover; bend bars to shape on a bar bending machine; fit mechanical couplers where shown on the drawings; tie bar intersections with binding wire using a tie hook or pliers; lay and tie mesh for slabs and ground-bearing floors.
