Vacancy available: we are hiring a bread and bun maker in Fulton County, New York. You will work at a cake shop. Day to day you will rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials; keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards; pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls; check finished products for colour, crumb and weight; weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe. Ideal candidate: • Able to work early-morning and night shifts • Food handler / hygiene certificate Rotating shifts. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Walk-in interviews this week.
