RCC mason — Irepodun

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a RCC mason in Irepodun, Kwara State. Day-to-day duties: • Carry out slump tests and cast cubes for the lab • Discharge and place concrete from transit mixers and pumps into the forms • Compact fresh concrete with immersion poker vibrators to clear honeycombing • Erect and align timber and steel shuttering before each pour • Set out levels with a spirit level, line and pins • Lay PCC blinding and the damp-proof membrane over the prepared subgrade What we are looking for: • Hands-on with poker vibrators, power floats and concrete mixers • Sound knowledge of concrete grades, slump and curing periods At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
