Hand presser — Butte County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a hand presser in Butte County, Idaho. You will be based in a tailoring workshop. On the job you will handle: • Clean and descale the iron soleplate and steam vents • Fuse interlinings and fusible tape on the fusing press • Set the iron temperature to suit cotton, silk, wool and synthetic fabrics • Give each garment a final press before packing Requirements: • Comfortable standing long shifts in a hot, humid environment • Able to keep pace with line speed and piece targets • Aware of steam iron safety and basic machine upkeep At least 5 year(s) in a similar role. Six days a week, one day off. We offer $15 per hour plus benefits. Walk-in interviews this week.
