You should have: • Physically fit and comfortable working at height • Punctual and ready to do overtime when a pour demands it Day to day you will hand tools and materials up to workers on the upper floors; erect and dismantle scaffolding and pass materials up; mix concrete and mortar to the correct ratio, by hand or in a pan mixer; backfill and ram down soil around the foundations; cure freshly laid concrete by sprinkling water for several days. 5+ years on the tools preferred.
