Immediate opening: we are hiring a formwork joiner in Egbado South, Ogun State. The job is at an infrastructure construction site. Your main tasks: • Repair damaged plywood and timber shutters • Brace and strut the formwork to stop movement during the pour • Fix soldiers, walers and tie rods to resist the concrete pressure • Watch the formwork during concreting and tighten up any movement • Set up adjustable steel props and falsework to support the slab decking • Check alignment with spirit level, plumb bob and string line What we are looking for: • Knows de-shuttering times and concrete curing • Follows site safety, PPE and edge-protection rules • Sound understanding of props, bracing and load-bearing 5+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time with occasional weekends. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Pay around ₦145,000 per month, based on your experience. Walk-in interviews this week.
