Ideal candidate: • Willing to work outdoors in heat, dust and rain • Basic knowledge of hand tools like shovel, trowel and breaker The role involves: • Mix concrete and mortar to the correct ratio, by hand or in a pan mixer • Fix and strip shuttering and formwork for beams and columns • Wheel barrows of rubble to the skip and keep the site clean • Stack and store materials safely to avoid wastage • Hand tools and materials up to workers on the upper floors • Set out levels with line and plumb under the mason's direction 6+ years on the tools preferred.
