Tailor machinist — Obowo

Immediate opening: we are hiring a tailor machinist in Obowo, Imo State. You will work in a sampling and tailoring workshop. The role involves: • Clear thread jams, re-time the looper and oil the machine before the shift • Thread the machine, wind bobbins and balance top and bottom tension • Meet the hourly piece-rate target without dropping quality • Operate single-needle lockstitch, overlock and flatlock machines on a production line • Set armholes and sleeves, easing the cap so there are no puckers What we are looking for: • Hands-on with single needle, overlock and flatlock machines • Understands fabric types and how to handle knits versus wovens Full-time with occasional weekends.
