Immediate opening: oven operator (England)

We are recruiting: we are hiring an oven operator in Plymouth, England. You will be based at a neighbourhood confectionery. The role involves: • Weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe • Check finished products for colour, crumb and weight • Proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them • Pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls You should have: • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving • Basic cake decorating and piping skills • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens At least 3 year(s) in a similar role.
