We are recruiting: we are hiring a dozer operator in Refugio County, Texas. You will work at a land-clearing site. Requirements: • Proven experience operating crawler dozers (D6 to D8 class) • Good understanding of cut-and-fill and batter slopes The role involves: • Grade and level subgrade for roads, pads and platforms • Carry out pre-start checks on tracks, hydraulics, coolant and engine oil • Work to the dig plan and the banksman's signals • Refuel the machine and record running hours • Follow GPS and laser grade control to hit design levels Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
