Concrete worker — Scott County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a concrete worker in Scott County, Kentucky. The job is on a high-rise slab pour. The role involves fix and tie reinforcement bars and mesh as per the bar bending schedule; float and trowel surfaces with a bull float and power trowel for a smooth finish; screed and level slabs to the marked dead level and falls; strip and clean formwork once the concrete has gained strength. Ideal candidate: • Hands-on with poker vibrators, power floats and concrete mixers • Sound knowledge of concrete grades, slump and curing periods • Able to read structural drawings and bar bending schedules At least 5 year(s) in a similar role. Meals and transport allowance provided. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
