Urgent requirement: we are hiring a PVC window assembler in Choctaw County, Alabama. Requirements: • Accurate measuring and squaring to within a couple of millimetres • Able to work to deadlines in a busy workshop Day to day you will clean welded corners on a corner-cleaning machine and chisel off the weld flash; drill drainage and pressure-equalisation slots in the outer frame; take site measurements of openings before fabrication; fuse-weld frame and sash corners on the welding machine and check the weld seam; cut and weld mullions and transoms into the frame.
