Dough maker — Oakland County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a dough maker in Oakland County, Michigan. The job is at a busy bakery. You will grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds; pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls; prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity; weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe; knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer; rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials. What we are looking for: • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks • 2+ years' experience as a baker We offer $2,900 per month plus benefits.
