CNC programmer-operator • Northampton County, Virginia

Join our team: we are hiring a CNC programmer-operator in Northampton County, Virginia. You will be based at a busy machine shop. Your main tasks: • Set spindle speeds and feed rates to suit the material and cutter • Deburr and finish machined edges with files and emery • Mount workpieces in machine vices, clamps and fixtures and check for square • Read engineering drawings and GD&T to plan the machining sequence • Keep in-process inspection records and log production counts You should have: • ITI/NCVT certificate in machinist or turner trade • 2-3 years' hands-on milling experience Pay around $27 per hour, based on your experience. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
