Vacancy available: falsework carpenter (England)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a falsework carpenter in Derby, England. You will be based at an infrastructure construction site. Day-to-day duties: • Brace and strut the formwork to stop movement during the pour • Fix stop ends and kickers at the construction joints • Repair damaged plywood and timber shutters • Watch the formwork during concreting and tighten up any movement • Strike and strip the formwork once the concrete has cured Ideal candidate: • Physically fit for heavy lifting and long shifts • Able to read formwork and structural drawings Full-time, day shift.
