Immediate opening: we are hiring a fusing press operator in Allen County, Ohio. What we are looking for: • A keen eye for scorch, shine and uneven creases • Comfortable standing long shifts in a hot, humid environment Day-to-day duties: • Press open seams, darts and pleats during stitching • Spray water or starch to set sharp creases on trousers and shirts • Operate the steam press and vacuum table to finish garments • Remove creases, wrinkles and packing folds with a steam iron • Shape collars, cuffs and lapels using a tailor's ham and sleeve board At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
