You should have: • Keen attention to detail and a steady hand • Physically fit to stand, bend and crouch for long periods • Able to mix paint by weight on a scale Day-to-day duties: • Blend new paint into adjacent panels for an invisible repair • Compound and polish the cured finish to a high gloss • Prime and seal bare metal to stop rust • Mask off trim, glass and rubber seals with tape and paper 4+ years on the tools preferred.
