Glazing fabricator — Rutherford County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a glazing fabricator in Rutherford County, North Carolina. The job is in a fabrication and glazing factory. Ideal candidate: • Able to read shop drawings and work to given sizes • Comfortable working at height on scaffolding and ladders The role involves cut aluminium profiles to size on a double-mitre cutting saw; punch and notch sections for cleats, gaskets and hardware; fit EPDM rubber gaskets and beading into the glazing channels; read fabrication drawings and take site measurements for windows and doors; crimp the corner joints and fit corner cleats on the crimping machine. 3+ years on the tools preferred.
