Requirements: • Willing to work shifts and overtime • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting The role involves: • Top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations • Run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches • Cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time • Stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat Rotating shifts.
