Captain waiter — Henry County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a captain waiter in Henry County, Georgia. Ideal candidate: • Smart, well-groomed appearance and a clean uniform • Good knowledge of the menu, ingredients and beverages • Ability to work fast under pressure during peak service You will handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager; pour water, wine and soft drinks and serve from the guest's left; raise the bill on the POS and settle cash and card payments; lay table covers with cutlery, napkins, glassware and crockery. 6+ years on the tools preferred.
