Kitchenhand — Mayo-Belwa

Join our team: we are hiring a kitchenhand in Mayo-Belwa, Adamawa State. You will be based at a fast-food outlet. Requirements: • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) Day to day you will scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading; load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles; hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method; top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures; restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar.
