Fry cook wanted in Washington County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a fry cook in Washington County, Idaho. The role involves: • Label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks • Taste and adjust seasoning for consistency • Check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down • Follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes • Plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service What we are looking for: • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets On-the-job training and a clear path to grow.
