Immediate opening: bar bender and fixer (Washington)

Great opportunity: we are hiring a bar bender and fixer in Jefferson County, Washington. The job is at a high-rise construction project. On the job you will handle: • Keep the rebar stacked, tagged and free of mud and loose rust • Lift and land prefabricated cages with the crane and banksman • Tie bar intersections with binding wire using a tie hook or pliers • Fix cover blocks and spacers to maintain concrete cover Ideal candidate: • Able to read reinforcement drawings and bar bending schedules • Willing to work outdoors in all weather and to tight pour dates 2+ years on the tools preferred.
