Vacancy available: we are hiring a MIG welder in Abeokuta South, Ogun State. You will be based at a busy production line. The role involves: • Lay stringer and weave beads on fillet and butt joints • Load ER70S-6 wire spools and check the drive rolls • Grind back and re-weld any defective runs • Check welds for porosity, undercut and lack of penetration • Strike and hold a stable short-circuit or spray-transfer arc • Set the wire feed speed and voltage to suit the plate thickness Ideal candidate: • Able to read weld symbols and fabrication drawings • Willing to work shifts and overtime Full-time with occasional weekends.
