What we are looking for: • Comfortable working in a spray booth with full PPE • Able to mix paint by weight on a scale Day to day you will wet-sand and buff out runs, orange peel and dust nibs; mask off trim, glass and rubber seals with tape and paper; check the colour match under booth lights against the maker's swatch; compound and polish the cured finish to a high gloss; mix and tint paint to match the customer's colour code; blend new paint into adjacent panels for an invisible repair. 2+ years on the tools preferred.
