Bakery assistant — El Paso County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a bakery assistant in El Paso County, Colorado. You will pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls; knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer; rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials; laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter; decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream. What we are looking for: • Basic cake decorating and piping skills • Accurate at weighing and following recipes 2+ years on the tools preferred. Six days a week, one day off.
