Banquet server wanted in Bryan County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a banquet server in Bryan County, Oklahoma. Day-to-day duties: • Clear and reset tables between covers • Upsell starters, desserts and beverages • Take food and drink orders on the POS terminal or order pad • Polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place • Handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager • Check back during the meal and handle special requests Ideal candidate: • Smart, well-groomed appearance and a clean uniform • Familiarity with POS billing and order-taking systems • Basic numeracy for handling cash, bills and change We offer $3,900 per month plus benefits.
