Now hiring: we are hiring a kitchen porter in Miami-Dade County, Florida. You will work in a hospital canteen. What we are looking for: • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff The role involves: • Sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations • Top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures • Mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks • Polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass • Scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading • Clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls We offer $3,500 per month plus benefits.
