Ideal candidate: • Comfortable meeting hourly production targets • Able to stand for the full shift and do repetitive hand work • Minimum 10th pass or ITI is an advantage The role involves snap-fit plastic housings and clip in the wiring harnesses; top up the line-side bins and call for parts when stock runs low; wear an ESD wrist strap when handling circuit boards; tighten fasteners to the specified torque using a power screwdriver or torque wrench; fit and bolt components onto the chassis as it moves along the conveyor; pick the correct parts from the kit bins and feed them to the line.
