Kitchenhand — Green County

Now hiring: we are hiring a kitchenhand in Green County, Kentucky. You will be based at a cloud kitchen. Day to day you will clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift; clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls; scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies; load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles. What we are looking for: • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards 3+ years on the tools preferred.
