Marble mason — Saint James Parish

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a marble mason in Saint James Parish, Louisiana. You will work at a marble and granite workshop. Requirements: • Able to read measurements, templates and cutting lists • Own hand tools an advantage • Physically fit and able to lift and carry heavy slabs On the job you will handle: • Measure up and template countertops and floor areas before cutting • Fix marble cladding to building facades with anchors and clamps • Lay marble tiles and slabs on floors, stairs and walls with adhesive mortar • Polish stone surfaces to a high gloss using diamond pads and polishing compound • Lift and handle heavy slabs safely using suction lifters and trolleys Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
