Hydraulic press operator — Lawrence County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a hydraulic press operator in Lawrence County, Indiana. You will be based at a white goods manufacturing plant. What we are looking for: • Knowledge of press safety, guarding and lockout-tagout • Attention to detail and steady hands for accurate loading The role involves clear scrap and offcuts from the die area; check stamped parts against drawings using vernier calipers and gauges; load metal sheets, blanks and coils onto the press bed; run the press using two-hand controls and foot pedal safely; set up and change stamping dies and tooling; deburr and stack finished components for the next operation.
