Now hiring: we are hiring a confectioner in Yamhill County, Oregon. You will be based at a busy bakery. Day to day you will keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards; roll out short-crust and biscuit dough; grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds; weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe; boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing. You should have: • Basic cake decorating and piping skills • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen 4+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
