Falsework carpenter wanted in Grand County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a falsework carpenter in Grand County, Utah. The job is on a bridge and flyover project. On the job you will handle: • Assemble and align system formwork panels (Doka, Peri, MIVAN) • Fix soldiers, walers and tie rods to resist the concrete pressure • Fix stop ends and kickers at the construction joints • Set up adjustable steel props and falsework to support the slab decking • Watch the formwork during concreting and tighten up any movement • Seal panel joints and hold the correct concrete cover to prevent grout loss What we are looking for: • Sound understanding of props, bracing and load-bearing • Hands-on with timber, plywood and system formwork • Physically fit for heavy lifting and long shifts Full-time, day shift.
