Join our team: we are hiring a formwork carpenter in Lake County, Indiana. You will be based at a precast concrete yard. The role involves: • Cut and assemble plywood and timber panels for columns, beams and slabs • De-nail, clean and stack the panels for reuse • Apply mould-release oil to the plywood faces before concreting • Fix stop ends and kickers at the construction joints • Check alignment with spirit level, plumb bob and string line You should have: • Skilled with circular saw, hand tools and spirit level • Able to read formwork and structural drawings Rotating shifts.
