Hoist operator — Calumet County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a hoist operator in Calumet County, Wisconsin. The job is at a precast concrete yard. Your main tasks: • Watch the load moment indicator (LMI) and stay within rated capacity • Keep a safe distance from overhead power lines • Keep every lift within the safe working load (SWL) • Follow hand signals and radio calls from the banksman or slinger • Fill in the daily logbook and raise defect reports • Climb and inspect the tower crane mast and tie-ins What we are looking for: • Proven experience on mobile, tower or overhead cranes • Valid crane operator licence or certificate (CPCS, NPORS or local equivalent) 3+ years on the tools preferred.
