Bread baker • Yakurr, Cross River State

Immediate opening: we are hiring a bread baker in Yakurr, Cross River State. You will work in a hotel pastry kitchen. What we are looking for: • Accurate at weighing and following recipes • Able to work early-morning and night shifts The role involves: • Keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards • Monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough • Check finished products for colour, crumb and weight • Load and unload the deck oven with a peel • Decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
